Terms and Conditions

Kassban provides a range of tools and resources for managing e-commerce, processing orders, and selling products online, as well as all professional services related to this or other associated services. All of the above are referred to as "Services."
Below are the terms and conditions governing the use of these services, along with any amendments, rules, or operational policies that may be published from time to time by Kassban.
Services and Support
The services are provided according to these terms and any operational policies established by Kassban, collectively referred to as the "Agreement." Kassban may make changes to this Agreement, and continued use of any services provided by the company constitutes the customer’s acceptance of these changes. Additionally, when using certain services, the customer and Kassban are subject to any published guidelines or rules applicable to these specific services, which may be updated from time to time.
The services are available only to eligible individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, services are not available to individuals under 18 years old. If you are not eligible, please do not use the services.
The services offer a set of tools and resources for managing an online store, processing orders, and selling products online. Additionally, Kassban may provide professional consulting services related to the use of Kassban’s tools and resources.
Nature of Services
Under no circumstances shall the relationship between Kassban and the customer be interpreted as an employment relationship, commercial brokerage, agency (whether contractual or commission-based), or distribution agreement. The contractual relationship between Kassban and the customer is solely based on providing the customer with an opportunity to list their products on Kassban’s platform and make them available for purchase by consumers in exchange for a commission agreed upon between the parties.
Service Fees and Commissions
The service fees and commissions for the customer are as follows: ---------------------------------------- (hereinafter referred to as "Service Fees"). These represent the total fees for listing, marketing, and statistical services provided by Kassban’s website and/or application. The fees should not be interpreted as a tax or regulatory charge and are not subject to judicial oversight.
- Customers do not have the right to negotiate or reduce service fees for any reason.
- Kassban reserves the right to modify service fees at any time during the validity period of the customer’s account, at its sole discretion.
- Customers will be notified at least three days in advance of any changes in service fees.
- If the customer rejects the increased fees, they may terminate their contract with Kassban.
- The term “Tax” in this section includes all forms of tax liabilities such as corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT, stamp duties, customs duties, social insurance fees, payroll taxes, and any related penalties or fines imposed on the customer in relation to product sales.
Customer’s Dues
- Kassban will deposit the customer’s earnings into their account ("Customer Account") after collecting the product sale price from the consumer, deducting service fees, and any other compensations.
- The payment settlement period is between 1 to 2 business days from the date of product delivery to the consumer.
- A "business day" is any day excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays when banks in Egypt are open for regular transactions.
Account Registration and Security
Customers must complete the registration form to fully enjoy Kassban’s services. Customers must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information and update it as needed.
- Customers will create a unique email and password for their Kassban account.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.
- Kassban reserves the right to reject or cancel accounts it deems inappropriate.
Restrictions and Responsibilities
This is a service agreement, and the customer is not granted a license to any software under this agreement. Customers are prohibited from:
- Reverse-engineering, decoding, or attempting to discover Kassban’s source code.
- Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works based on Kassban’s services or software.
- Using Kassban’s services for unauthorized third-party benefit.
- Removing any proprietary notices or labels.
- Violating Kassban’s privacy policies or applicable laws.
- Engaging in fraudulent or misleading email marketing.
- Publishing or disclosing private information about third parties without their consent.
- Engaging in illegal activities such as hacking, spreading viruses, or using anonymous proxies.
- Storing excessive data beyond e-commerce hosting purposes.
Kassban has the right to remove any content or block service usage if deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms.
Termination and Duration
- Duration: The terms and conditions remain effective from the date of account creation for one year and are automatically renewable unless either party gives 45 days' notice before termination.
- Termination Notice: Kassban may terminate the agreement with 30 business days' notice, and the customer may terminate it with 45 business days' notice.
- Immediate Termination: Kassban reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, insolvency, or unauthorized third-party transfers.
- Upon termination, Kassban may delete customer data within 90 days.
Refund and Return Policy
Kassban follows Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
- Kassban collects product payments and deposits them into the customer’s account after deducting applicable service fees.
- Returns are allowed in two cases:
- Defective products: Customers can request a replacement or refund within 30 days.
- If a defect is confirmed, the seller must provide a replacement within two business days.
- If a refund is requested, Kassban will deduct the amount from the seller’s future earnings.
- If no defect is found, Kassban will return the product to the consumer within three business days.
- No-reason returns: Consumers can return products within 14 days if:
- The product is unused.
- No visible damage or misuse is present.
- The product is in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- Defective products: Customers can request a replacement or refund within 30 days.
Governing Law and Disclaimer
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Egypt.
- Kassban is not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or any damages beyond EGP 100 or the actual fees paid by the customer in the previous month.
- Kassban is not liable for technical errors, service interruptions, or third-party claims regarding service performance.
